* 4%er teachers : traditional teachers who use methods that enable four per cent of their students to learn a foreign language. The statistic is based on the number of first year students in American high schools who actually master the language, according to the numbers that continue to an Advanced Placement class. Of course, most language teachers were once four per centers.
